In the old version, you could download the water effects for rivers, springs, puddles, etc. If you want to download the water effects for seas, then you need to download the ocean effects. Now you can combine both of them in one download.
I just thought that they could use a little bit of attention and make them more complimentory to my Splash and Weather mods.
